Ready Set Go… Scan It!!!

​Here we are on the 4th Wednesday of July 2020 and despite the obstacles, the challenges, the road blocks, the road closures, and the barriers we have remained victorious. And the best part is – grand opportunities still lie ahead for each and every single one of us. As we continue to gather here in Faith’s Garden of INspiration we are pampering ourselves in the most rejuvenating organic bubble bath full of encouragement, optimism, self-reflection, personal growth, and zeal. When you really think about it, there’s no other day of the week that works on any given day of the week like “Weleful Wednesday”. So, let’s “boost” up!!!
 
About five weeks ago I did a clip on my FB Page titled “SCAN IT” and of course I wanted to take a moment to expound on that very message here in the garden. As it goes, I had been scanning some documents for work and just like that it hit me… On this journey called life there are times when it becomes a bare necessity for us all –you and I- to go through the scanning process. We have a mere obligation to scan our hearts, scan our minds, scan our perceptions, our biases, our misunderstandings and process each one with the intensity similar to that game-winning 3pt shot right before the buzzer. We need to sort them out then put on our microscopic lenses and truly see them for what they are.  You see when you scan a document there is no altering it… you see it for what it is. We’ve gotta be in a place in our lives where we see our hurt, see our frustrations, see our anger, see our disappointments,  or even our vengeful ways for what they truly are.
YES. Examine them….. and dig deep into the root of each one. Then we can begin to scan those things that benefit us; that benefit our purpose, benefit our mission and benefit our destiny. It is in that processing and sorting place that these new documents – the new you, the new me, the new us – can now be re-scanned and effectively disseminated into the atmosphere. You see, it is in this dissemination process that more joy, more love, more patience, more wisdom, more determination, more respect, more understanding,  more laughter will be ingrained and engrafted into the general population for the greater good. Now, let’s go and “Scan It”!!!
